Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee
Yes, under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. A refund for the full amount of the order will be sent to you within 30 days. Shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Delivery Prices and Times
A standard postage and packing charge of £6.95 is made for UK deliveries only, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
For deliveries to, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands there is a standard charge indicated at the checkout. For EU and International deliveries please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.
What are the Delivery / Packaging / Insurance Charges
UK shipping is usually done by our courier UK Mail & Royal Mail. Packing and admin charges are included in the rate. Outer lying UK shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and the volumetric weight (size and weight) of the product.
What is the Delivery process?
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation and advice of expected dispatch and delivery date. The average time for an order to be delivered to you is 3-4 days from confirmation of your delivery address and payment details. In exceptional cases or with more complicated jobs delivery may take longer. If this is the case we will let you know before completing your order.
How will my purchase be packaged?
All items are packed to a very high standard, either in protective wrapping or boxes.
How will my goods be delivered?
With Royal Mail we are unable to offer a specific delivery date / time. However, with UK Mail we can offer timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries but there will be a surcharge for this service. It is not mandatory for the drivers to require a signature so if you are likely to be out please advise where the parcel/s can be left safely.
What if my goods arrive damaged
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please send the item back to us and we will replace the item straight away. Cost for postage back to Vintage Crates will be refunded on proof of delivery.
Is your website secure?
Vintage Crates uk website offers secure transactions for all our products. Your personal details and credit card information is transmitted to us via a secure server. If you’re at all concerned about online security just call on +44 (0)1636-525352 during business hours and we’ll take your order over the phone. Please note we do not retain any Card information from telephoned orders.

Return or Exchange an Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for a different size / colour or offer a refund. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Faulty or Wrong Items
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email: email@example.com quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Vintage Crates
for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to
